1. Bolu Kukus

2. Kue Lupis

5. Pempek
Pempek is one of the traditional foods from Palembang province South Sumatra. Pempek is also one of the foods that are rich in protein, carbohydrates, fat and other vitamins that are good for the needs of the human body (Iwan, 2017).
Pempek is always served with a dark brown sauce called cuko or vinegar. Besides cuko, pempek is also eaten with complementary dishes in the form of sliced fresh cucumber and yellow noodles.
6. Pempek Panggang
Pempek is a culinary specialty of the people of Palembang, South Sumatra. Many types of pempek that can be enjoyed. One of them is pempek panggang.
Pempek is processed by roasting or burning. It is round in shape and has a slit in the middle. Chili sauce with a spicy-sweet taste fills the gap in the grilled pempek.The spicy-sweet sauce used is made from a mixture of cayenne pepper, sweet soy sauce, and ebi (small shrimp). All these materials are processed into one.
7. Burgo
Burgo is one of Palembang's dishes with coconut milk sauce. Made from rice flour, the dish is given a splash of savory thick sauce.
So far, Palembang is known for its pempek. Even though there are other processed foods that are no less delicious. Like a chewy Burgo. Burgo is eaten with a thick, cloudy savory sauce. Formulated from coconut milk and various spices. These include coriander, galangal, kencur, turmeric, candlenut and garlic.
